This should be the official song of San Francisco. Lee was telling us decades ago that SF had issues with human by-product on the streets, so the problem isn't new to them. The question is why people feel 'empowered' to shite on the sidewalk. He hammered both NY and SF in his brutal critiques of modern urban filth, NY in particular was horrible in 1981 when FEAR went on SNL to perform NY's Alright If You Like Saxophones. I love this fucking band.

@Juicy Fruit what about the O? I lived on the corner of Elmhurst and E in the 90's. FEAR is an LA band and Suicidal are from Venice. I grew up in OC from the mid 60's to the late 80's before I moved to the Bay Area. I spent all of my teens in the SoCal scene, so I know a bit about it. I didn't go to many gigs in Oakland but I did do time at underground rap and hip-hop shows there. I was a frequent at the Golden Dragons clubhouse shows...one of the few whiteboys there that was openly welcome.
