lol- I have to laugh when you said Cornwall and the other town you were in have a small population. I live in a VERY rural village in Michigan with 350 residents. Our village has a volunteer fire dept, grocery/liquor store, post office, a few other small businesses and a library.

So happy you got to see your family over the holidays. Very comforting. ♥ Also, you completely missed the Brockville River of Lights Show!! Right where you were. From 6-10pm every night, Nov. 30th to Jan. 6th. You tune into a station on your car radio & the music matches up with the light show! It's SO GREAT!! There are signs when you drive in. Too bad you missed it! We go every year. Very very beautiful. Maybe next time you're in the area over the holidays you can go. I bet Salah would love it! You should really drive through the small towns too. Morrisburg, Cardinal, Johnstown, Prescott, the houses have beautiful lights and many do contests! It's really pretty! I hope you're doing ok. Glad you're home safely. Please be well. ❤❤❤
