Use coconut/castor/ jojoba oil twice-thrice a day all over your cuticle and nail bed and nail length(once they've grown). This indeed works, it's personally tried and tested and coming from a 26 year old, who was able to grow her nail(I've extremely weak brittle nails) for the very first time in her life after trying this oiling technique.

Strong natural nails can absolutely benefit from an overlay especially when you have a very hand heavy job or a job where you’re constantly cleaning your hands which can impact the integrity of your natural nails

My natural nails benefit greatly with overlay. Otherwise they break. Mine do best with gel overlay and they stay nice and strong and I'm able to keep them! I'm not being mean but I wanted to tell you my experience with overlays. Just depends on you and your type of nails and overlay can absolutely benefit natural nails! 🙂❤️
