Great video. I'm a Londoner living in Paris, France. I've owned loads of ICEs in both cities. Unfortunately most of my commute is through busy city streets. I switched last year to the Zero FXE to be able to continue to park free! The FXE is an incredible urban commuter with everything in the sweet spot, and weighs just 135kg with 106nm of torque. But I've been looking at the Livewires, especially the forthcoming Del Mar. I think that the One would be less flickable and wider and heavier for dense filtering. But I'll definitely test ride both. People who dismiss EVs should definitely test them first, so addictive and more fun in urban environments.

It’s lighting and more nimble. More of a supermoto or naked bike feel

The horsepower is "fast as hell" , 🙂 No more talking about cilinders, turbo's, gearing,....No more bragging about horsepower. Soon all bikes will just be 'fast as hell'. 🙂
