Run for Roses sounds like a battle anthem. I just heard it this weekend and must’ve replayed 100 times. The fact that NMIIXX is the only girl group I know of that sings all their songs live sets them apart from the rest. Their confidence, talent and conditioning are on another level. They are the standard.

Lily has always been a standout and I’ve seen a few people talking about Bae this time around but for me it seems that Kyujin is insistent on my attention. SO GOOD. I don't know if you follow me on twitter but I was trying all day to post this and YT was blocking the video. I was so upset because it was specifically trying to block Run for Roses and I was like "No, I HAVE to include that so I can talk to people about it" lol and thankfully one of my awesome subscribers helped me get around it. Oh my god, i love this whole mini album, this is my favorite comeback of theirs. Also, i always love your reactions but this one got me a bit more than the others, i think it's maybe because i find it really attractive when men know stuff about music haha 😂. Anyway, at this moment Run for Roses is my favorite song, but Boom is climbing fast.

There was a really great It’s Live performance of Run for Roses that was released before the performance video & had a pleasant fellow who helped compose it accompanying them (probably a famous idol but idk). Those Live performances are tough to react to without blocking, though, so that might be for your personal enjoyment. Once again, thanks for being brave and saying you enjoyed the music. Someone had to say it but I’m just glad it didn’t have to be me.

@@ChainReactionsChannel ooh both the XG It’s Live were so good. KZbin has tightened up around that property compared to a few years ago, so it gets hard to track. I know it can make it very difficult to decide where to spend the limited resource of your time and attention. This is why we see a lot of people branching to Patreon and Twitch. Those obviously add their own layers of complexity but I’m seeing a lot of people make that decision. Totally separate topic, the Le Sserafim teaser today was intriguing. Not sure if it was on your radar?

Were you the reactor that said you had only seen Rollercoaster before watching Dash? If so, I'm so glad you are reacting to their other work. They have such a diverse discography - not afraid of any genre and mixxing them up. You should watch the Sound BOMB 360 version of Run for Roses...they really play with it so comfortably and it's just insane to see what they can do live.

"Run for roses" is an idiom in English meaning "a demanding challenge or hard-fought competition" - I didn't know until I looked it up. Of course, it's more conventionally associated with the Kentucky Derby, so there's that country connection!

Dash and Run For Roses, total fan, both are great songs that I instantly loved without even knowing who NMIXX were. Soñar has grown on me despite initially thinking it was just okay. Overall I love what they've done even if I'm still clueless as to who they are 😅

Loved your reaction, especially your honesty when the songs are too stereotypical (EDM Techno Pop), it bores you, as it should. One thing about Nmixx that really sets them apart from the rest is that listening to the album is just the beginning. Frankly I'm not a Kpop fan, but these girls are different, just try any Stage Performance, It's Live or Sound 360 performances and you'll understand that at their core they are performers. Besides Mamamoo I don't know any Kpop group that can do what Nmixx does, they are fearless, absolutely talented and the most important thing is they LOVE what they do and it shows. So really, try any live performance, they are not afraid to change the songs and quite often an average song like Party O Clock becomes a masterpiece (It's Live performance).
