These kinds of games remind me a lot of TF2 jump maps, they're just big obstacle courses that require really difficult maneuvers to get through. It also helps that there's a ton of them.

The wheel is deceptively simple, you just gotta grab a spoke at the very bottom (it comes to a full stop with the spoke fully verticle), then hoist straight up to top spoke (it will be in the most stable position already), and it's easiest when you scuttle straight on cause you already have the right pace and aren't hesitating
