I really like that the comedy in the show is not based off of Komi's awkwardness, it's not making fun of her for her communication disorder, instead the comedy comes from others misinterpretation, while it cheers her progress on. I feel like there is so much comedy that the jokes are just about the characters awkwardness, and this show is just so much more compassionate to those of us who are a little (or a lot) awkward.

I was upset at first too about Najimi joining in on the dance, but then again perhaps Tadano and Komi are not quite ready, so Najimi serves as training wheels for the two to get more comfortable with each other. They are still high schoolers, so there is no rush for a romantic relationship. I feel like the two are destined to be with each other and will marry, so they can just enjoy the journey, even if they only take baby steps. But yes, as a viewer, we want to see the two of them together. ^_^

May say this but, you'll find some interesting and great characters in the future season of Komi Can't Communicate. I believe season two most likely end with the end of Komi's 1st year, and season 3 will start with Komi's 2nd year.

The manga episode when the anime end (I think it's the 72 or around there), ends with tadano just finish his singing and najimi grab komi to sing another song. The anime change it, putting tadano too. I do not mind that change, to be honest...
