This man is the reason I play/sing for a living....I had the chance to sit in with him in the late 80s in Lake Tahoe ..he taught me so much . I had a Dance cover band ...but when I saw Bobby Dickerson ...changed my whole outlook ...Thank you for Sharing

You are very welcome, Tony. I can certainly relate to how you feel about him....I lost my mother when I was only in my early 20's, then my father in my late 40's. But great soulful music and performing such as your dad's - helps me go on. All my best wishes to you and yours for the new year. Who ever filmed and recorded your dad did a great job, too!
