I think the bigger questions are how did she manage to sell $70,000 worth of airpods in 8 months? How did she profit from that? I'm genuinely confused. Airpods are in every major electronic store, if someone wants one, they can get them without a hassle. Why are people buying airpods from you? What price did you sell these airpods that people would rather buy it from you instead of stores like Apple or Best Buy that would give them a free 1 year warranty? How & at what price did you obtain $70,000 worth of airpods for you to able to resell them and make a profit? ​@Emma Sadler Buying real estate outright up front is incredibly stupid because the profit goes up faster than the money you lose on the loan interest, typically, so U R better off investing that 'extra money' you save up front into other things like 'safe' stocks or whatever, or other properties =) If U R careful about what U buy & rent it out at a profit & stuff, then U get all the real estate essentially 4 'free', minus the 'property management / tenant' work.

If anyone believes she did this in a year, they know nothing about real estate or banks. She would not be able to finance over 60 properties in a year. They simply won't allow her to do it. Notice she said she just made her million. She's likely under someone else that has been doing it for a very long time, that she gets a commission off of the properties she designs for them. Side note: Her mother said that she got her best grades in Business and Marketing. What high school did her daughter go to where they're teaching those courses 😆. To be clear, I'm happy for her. I’m sorry but none of this adds up as someone that’s 23 years old this story is definitely not one to be inspired by because there’s so many holes in the story. She started off selling AirPods, why would people buy AirPods from her when they can just go to a store to buy them. Also where is she getting money to buy AirPods in large bulks to even get up to earning $70k, when I was in high school there were kids who would buy fake AirPods from Asia buy large quantities and selling them to people as if they were the real deal. I’m pretty sure that’s what she’s doing because that’s the only way you can get AirPods in a large bulk that’s affordable to do so. For her to be 21 she can’t just go into a bank and request a 500k loan she would need more credit history and a whole lot more to prove to even get approved for a loan like that. The only way that she could at her age is if she had help from someone or a family member to even get an ok for that. You can’t just wake up and become a interior decorator, especially to make big money you have to have some form of schooling or certification in art and design. Where you understand color theory, patterns, angles, and the underlining of furniture design, and some math. Interior decorator just don’t go out making 7 figures in a course of 6 to 8 months it takes a really LONG time to even get to a high quality clientele such as celebrities, elites, and high class social members. For the Airbnb’s it definitely takes time for your air bnb to really boom since it is competitive based off of the location and area or the building itself the only way she could be making a lot of profit in such a short amount of months is if she’s charging at least $500 a night, even then she would have to keep up with people wanting to go there or not. Not to mention her excessive spending habit on all designer items and luxury cars her money will be gone soon unless she has help from someone she’s not saying. Clearly this girl is lying about something and trying to prove she’s really a boss chick that’s self made.🥴
