Multiple Emotions Same here. I have endometriosis, PCOS, and Hashimoto’s, so my periods are so debilitating to the point where I have actually had to get a blood transfusion before. I have gone through birth control, which failed since it did not help at all and made me feel worse. My period suddenly stopped for about a year now and my doctor wants me to get back on birth control to restart it. Not happening though since I am very happy without it and do not desire kids.

I really understand how worried she is... I’m 15 and I’ve never had my period Update (2020-03-15) I got my period thank God Another update! (2021-01-21) It is nearly a year since my first period appeared. And I’m kinda scared because I got only 4 periods in 11 months so far. And there were huge and pretty different gaps between them. Update!! (2021-09-06) (Thank you for the support bellow my comment!!! Love you guys!💖) So my cycle is still irregular, it’s been 1.5 years since my first one I think. It is more regular than irregular now, I usually get my period every 2 months, sometimes every month :)) It sucks🤡👹 UPDATE (2022-03-24) It’s been 2 years since my first period. I’m stuck at home for a week every month because my period is so heavy that i leak through an ultra tampon and pad within 10 minutes and the pain is so bad that I can’t function.All bc makes me bleed till i stop taking it so i cant be on any type of bc. I’m not allowed procedures to make it better or surgery to take it away since they won’t do those things on me since i dont want kids. Im stuck dealing with it every month till I’m 50 and its very stressful. Yes you can’t have kids but i can guarantee you that you wouldn’t want to deal with the extremely heavy bleeding and horrible pain i go through every month.

When I was 12, I had terrible stomach pains thinking it was my period but it turned out I needed my appendix taken out. The following year, we went to a school camp and on the last day I had a terrible stomachache thinking it was something I ate during the whole trip, turns out it was my first period!! there are options for you...permanent birth control, partial/full hysterectomy, maybe even just a shorter window birth control like Mirena. I am turning 45 this December and never had any period in my entire life. Not feeling that I miss anything (you don't miss what you never have), most of the times I forget that as a woman I should have my period. Somehow the fact that I never had any period never really bothers me. My normal life might not be an ideal normal life to most people. I have never been married and throughout my life, marriage is something I rarely think about. I think about my studies, my career, my future, but oddly enough, not that much about getting married or having kids. I am very grateful that God made me this way and make me feel this way - not feeling like I am handicap or abnormal. I never keep this as a secret. People should know that there are many kinds of people on this world. At times I do wonder if there are more people like me. So far, I have found no one yet, until I saw this video.

She got to a TV show for not having her period! My goodness, I'm 21, same situation, never gotten a period, however, I never wanted one, to begin with. I'm very often told that I'm fortunate to not have it, yet I cannot agree nor disagree cause at the end of the day, I've been informed that is horrible but haven't experienced it myself. And I'm sick. I don't think sickness is something fortunate. On the most bright of sides, meanwhile, I've always dreamt of marriage and children, my vision has always gone towards the direction of adopting since I can recall and the sickness kind of encompasses it. Makes me hopeful that my desired path can be respected thanks to it. I've gone through blood tests and ecos as well, the results were left in something but at the very same time, nothing.

In April I was diagnosed with MRKH which is basically when a female is born without her uterus or it's so small it doesn't function and is no use. Since April I've had blood tests and 2 ultrasounds and an MRI. The MRI concluded that I have A UTERUS but it didn't develop they way it should have when I was growing up. So basically mine is just to tiny to be of any use. It's more common than you'd think about 1 in 5000 girls have it.

Im so sorry ! I have a multitude of menstrual issues and will likely have to have a hysterectomy . But I do have one child that I conceived easily though I never thought it would be possible. While those of us who have very difficult cycles suffer badly I would never say a woman who has no cycle is lucky as every woman who is capable and wants to experience motherhood should be able to do so .

I really understand her bc I'm 20 and I've never had my period. I consulted 3 doctors but nothing happened, I used to get periods whenever I used to take medicine. But due to covid, I'm not able to go to the doctor right now ( and my family is short of money ) SO I pray to God that I can get my period asap 🤞😭
