Hey! Fellow 22-year-old WFH-er here! My work timing starts at 5 pm, and I totally get it. I'm grateful for my mom's daily meals. My friends are working in different cities and doing their masters, we rarely get to meet. But initially WFH felt comfy and peaceful, then boring. My sleep schedule suffered and I felt more lazy. Recently, I started taking small steps to stay active and be productive. Stumbled upon your book recs and now this video - it's reassuring to know I'm not alone.
