4 years in Barnsley (with a few exceptions).., she makes me feel so safe with her healthy ideas than the tier3. That kind of people which gave their lives and births keeping alive the nation, build the economy made a strong coutry, that kind of people want to be kept locked so the new generation will not have any memories just being robots. What about all the people who died of curable diseases and injuries because their treatments were post poned? What about all the children who were beaten to death because they were locked in their homes with their abusive parents? Totally wrong, you cannot stop the spread, no amount of lockdowns will stop it, no lockdowns in Sweden or Japan and they have faired much better than us. The Government would have been better telling people to take Vitamin D thus increasing the more asymptomatic cases, increasing the spread but lowering viral load from individuals and having more likelihood of herd immunity building up. And like many, I am beginning to feel this has become more about politics and controlling people than controlling a virus. Also, many people seem all too eager to hand over their freedoms, freedoms which our ancestors died to protect, many just feel safer being institutionalized. The lockdowns are killing more with undiscovered disease and loneliness than any deaths they might be saving. We could take the same stupid mentality and apply it to driving, let's close all the roads until we can find a cure for car accidents! I dare even say this may all be a smokescreen to get us to accept a new world order where we have no freedoms and we just devote our lives to work and nothing else. This stupidity is killing humanity and it is killing people, we must rise up against it, well done Maureen.
