Naming the place "Fumperdink's Drink" and THEN reading the spittoon lore to find out it belonged to MUMFLR FUMPERDINK is one of the most beautiful accidental coincidences I've ever seen. The fact that the developers made Mumflr canon is absolutely incredible. :D The Famed Crazed Spittoon Swisher fits perfectly into this game's comedic style. And I think it's at least marginally funnier to have a reason for each stupid walk instead of your character doing them just because. Especially when it comes to the heavy boots, since they also come with sound effects. And there's finding new shoes and getting to see which new walk cycle you unlocked. Besides, they couldn't just put Stupid Walking in again. There's plenty of reason to prefer Stupid Walking, it was hilarious. But there _are_ nice things about this system. It's not just reduced functionality.

Well, not _quite._ You have to factor in the value of the hat since he gets 30 meat simply for having it, rather than trading it away. Basically, he gets a 30 meat discount on any hat he buys as long as he remembers to visit the photographer. I can't tell what the selling value of the gauze turban is, but the helmet costs 90 meat to buy and sells for 40. On the other hand, the gas mask cost 70 and sells for 10. So, yeah, I have no idea how that is supposed to make sense.

@@D4NY301 I wouldn't put it past him, but I think this is just a reference to him doing so in the last game. He did nine episodes as a cow puncher, then in episode ten you find out he started over as a snake oiler

I love these games so much. Comments say that Mumflr Fumperdink is in fact canon, and that's just amazing. And I'm glad Mark is starting to take the time to read more of the dialogue out loud, like he used to…it would be such a shame if we couldn't enjoy the full glory of this game's dialogue, as that is the best part of these games. I also like that they brought back the stupid walking, though I feel like part of its charm in WoL was that you never knew what was going to happen every time you took a step - setting the animation via shoes takes away some of the fun, in my opinion. But that's just me.
