Once you register a business. You have to do lots of stuff to keep it legal and too avoid penalties. You can keep it dormant for a long time, but that involves annual paperwork and correspondences possibly with accountant's fee's. It was not a wise decision to do such a thing for the benefit of the show. If an attempt was made to make it work, then after about 18 months there would have been correspondence from companies house. All in all costing time effort money and the threat of possible fines or imprisonment. Leaving dissolution the only option. The moral is research before acting impulsively. Because now the director has a bad mark against themselves. Possibly affecting getting a mortgage and other things. Or being excepted into various jobs.

I’d argue that Mark’s flung coconut did use a machine since it used leverage, which is the definition of a simple machine
@shaunlewis28626 күн бұрын
ldefinition of a machine can be a human. A human is a complex machine. A machine is a physical system that uses power to perform a task by applying forces and controlling movement. I would argue that Nish could have thrown the coconut and he himself be classed as a machine. Nish is a physical entity and by throwing the coconut employs forces and power.
