@@LurnWell We can agree to disagree. If there is no currency, bills are not paid. I'm not talking about this in a poetic, whimsical form. I'm talking tangible dividends. As beautiful as that sounds, "love" is not a deposit. Maybe a motivation for someone to get shit done... possibly. But a tangible object that actually functions logically in society, absolutely not. That feels extremely juvenile, as the last time I thought like that, I was one. NO! See if I had this type of attitude life would have been more of a breeze for me. AT THIS POINT I condone women like this because at least they’re not signing up for a life of struggle. I’ve always been the “down type” that never judged a man from his pockets, or expected a man to pay my way, but now I wish I did because it completely sucks for a man to get upset with you about him being a provider, something that the great maker created him to be.

There's people who have less and would love to have even a fraction of what they have! I agree with the lady at 10:20; a woman should have OWN money and not be a dependent to man for his. Edit: Don't get me wrong, love doesn't pay the bills! It never has and it never will! Love alone ain't enough! It's one thing to be in/want to be in a relationship where you're partner is financially secure because who the hell wants to be with someone who doesn't have money? A person who can't even pay for the first several dates? A person who can't pay the bills? That's understandable. Its another when you're in said relationship for money ALONE and nothing else! If I had to choose between two guys, one with decent look and money vs. one with decent looks and no money, I'm going with the guy who has money. I never said he had to be rich. He does however, need to be financially secure! And women need to ALWAYS have their own that their partner knows NOTHING about JUST IN CASE she needs to leave! There’s NOTHING wrong with not wanting a broke man. Broke men come with insecurities, they’re inadequate in every aspect except maybe sex, they are miserable because they can’t provide, they’re also resentful. Leave broke men alone if you want to keep your sanity. I also think men should leave women alone that are not self sufficient without them. A dependent liability for a woman is also a turn off.

To be honest there’s only one gold digger out of the 5 they think were. I like how the Philly girl didn’t let them try to punk her. It was a lot of assumptions here, but I can agree that this can’t be a longevity type of career. The woman in brown is Determined to have these women be who she wants them to be in her head. No, lady, they don't have to fit your idea! Yes, wealthy men find them desirable just for their company! Sorry if you've never experienced that because your personality sucks lol. Rich men want a companion too, and these ladies are it. and the men have excess money where they can help people/women they like. I don't know why she insists that a man can only have good character if he is poor. Why does she feel the need to exaggerate on the goodness of poor men? Poor men can cheat too and do everything rich men do except vacation.

Wow, people in the 90s really had a problem with women who had respect for themselves and had standards on the type of people they wanted to spend their time with and/or have a physical relationship with. 😔In my opinion, I think that Golddigger is a word used to shame women from having self-respect and standards for themselves, and to shame them from choosing their dating partners based on who can provide a good future for them. of course a healthy relationship is based on a lot of factors, but a good way to tell if you have a decent man on your hands is if he can hold down a good job, or is educated, has career options etc. Wouldn’t you want your daughter to do the same? Like helloooo common sense here people!! 🙄😂 (also I was born in 91 so I can see why I struggled growing up with a very pick me type of mentality. So sad)
