In season 8, I remember beating an "allegedly" Master's Tank as a Plat Tank. I didn't say anything, but as the game is ending, they typed something along the lines of "Trash Plat Tank player. Relying on the most broken tank in the game" (Mauga). I replied with "still won". Which they got even angrier and told me to talk to him when I get into Masters, his level, without abusing the system. Replied with "smurfing and still lost ?". Which they added me after the game, which I assume were either a miss click towards the report button, or they tried to "talk to me" further. I ignored it ofc. Somehow I met the dude again in another plat lobby in season 9. The match ended early because one of the support on their team left, which I assume because the "masters" tank dude kept flaming them on match chat. I began to wonder if that "masters" dude was actually a masters player to begin with, since they were flaming their support for not being able to out heal the damage from 5 people shooting at them in the open.

As an illari main i average healing and damage around the same. Looks like enemy illari did better just looking at stats did better. Were is this 11k dmg going? With no elims? They had a roadhog. Makes sense. Tank farming lol. We dont claim him.

Doesn't matter if you're on a high damage support, you should still be healing, that's why it's called support and not dps. Good support players know how to do both. Supports like bap, ana, kiri, illari can all be doing high heals and high damage at the same time. You can clearly tell mans is just shooting the hog all game and that's why his damage is so high. Like if you wanna do a lot of damage at least put your pylon in a good spot for your team... this is so sad

listen. i am an illari support main. i am SILVER 1 illari support main. some of the decisions here are what i see in silver lobbies. some of these decisions are choices that i have had to learn NOT to do as someone who is learning and trying to rank up. the pylon placement is atrocious. barely anyone is capitalizing off of it OR the enemies can just take it down immediately bc it was in the middle of a choke. illari, even after season 9 patch, can do wicked amount of healing and damage if you are balancing your heals and dps. always make sure your team can follow through when you ult. illari cannot just spam out damage. her weapon needs to charge which means her ult is more effective when you play with your team. i am a better illari than this person. i am silver 1. i have seen better illaris when i was hard stuck bronze. like ??? crazy. if you have the least amount of heals in game as illari, you are playing her wrong. she should never be the lowest in the match.

Having low healing on a support is viable, you just have to be good enough to pull it off (and not just shooting tank lol), although you should still be healing when you have an opportunity which is why 3k is still suspiciously low. It's like this in every rank. I know that as a tank or dps I'm not going to get healed. Some asshole in some other country makes video's on how to climb rank as heals by dpsing. I'm lucky if after the first round my healers have 1k heals. I started playing hog just so I can heal myself and a lot of times I have more healing done then both my healers combined. Reporting does nothing.
