Ehhh no, Shirou from the Miyuverse isn't stronger than the Shirous from UBW and HF, foremost, the Class Cards are much weaker than a Servant because they are “only a fraction” of the Servant's power. Even if he wins agains 7 of them in one night, he doesn't fight all of them at the same time. Second, he was literally dying all the time with Projections weakers than the originals, he literally says that they are from paper mache. So, we got a guy that was actually dying with weaker Projections agains other selfs of him but stronger and better and having the capacity to unalive him…, oh, but yeah, he got infinite amount of Magical Energy so he is stronger… yeah.

Yeah that's definitely one way to put it, in certain reactions I try to take into account whether someone achieved some serious feats or not. But my judgement varies since I won't know how powerful certain things like the cards are.
