Thank you so much for another great podcast. I look so forward to them. You book I have bought and it has become a regulate on my table so it has been close for HELP that I may need. I am finally back knitting socks again that I so enjoy. I had some serious back surgery 5 months ago and even mastering my knitting needles was quite the effort. So that time was spent dreaming up projects to do for our 5 grandchildren and now as of 4 months ago our first great grandchild. They all love my socks, as basic as they are so they will have fun receiving more fun ones. One of my DILs will adore them. You see with this crew, the more color and fun design is even better. Thank you again for helping me get back to my needles and bringing back my excitement for creating your patterns.😀

They won't go over my heel (), but, they'll fit someone !! I thought I'd left long enough floats, but, not so ! That brings me to my suggestion for your upcoming tutes. I'd love to see a tutorial on adding depth to an afterthought (and forethoughts) heel, how you decide how many rows, when to insert them, etc. I wore my Little Boxes shorties this week and they came off !! LOL Also, I'd love to see something about high instep techniques !! Love your Vlog and I look forward to it !!😇

I keep a large flat screen tv on a rolling cart, too. But not for the same reason as you. I run a weekly knitting group on Zoom and in the summer months we like to have it on my screened-in back patio. I have couches and a coffee table and even a dining table out there so we roll the TV out there so others can join us in that space on Zoom. The TV doesn’t connect to our cable but it is on wi-fi and I have a camera connected to it for Zoom. We use it for large family zoom calls when a group of us are together around the dining room table but some are missing… or we watch movies on the back patio on summer nights. It’s great. Your Q&A was fun. I am not a sock knitter but I’ve always wanted to be. Not sure why they’ve never stuck so far. Can’t wait for that fade tutorial.

Hello, I'm living in a little village in Germany. I enjoyed your video. I like your positive energy, visible in the colourful socks, too. The Q&A sessions was great, especially the written questions below, because I had to ask my translator twice this time. I' m not a beginner in sock knitting, but doing tutorials is a great idea, because I remember when I startet sock knitting at the age of 14 years, 44 years ago, I had to learn it by books. Don't ask me about all the amount of trials I needed to have a result corresponding to the picture in the book.😅 What a chance to have videos and tutorials, translator... today.

I made my first pair of socks because of you and your design ideas. And it was a few years ago when the basic sock pattern was published. I knew how to knit and mostly knitted hats, scarves and mittens, but when I saw your work I knew socks had to be next. And I'm a big 37-year-old man, and the knitting hobby in general was a big surprise to everyone. Especially when I told someone that my dream is to knit a pair of socks, they gave me that teenager look you talked about. Because they thought I meant those ugly, itchy feet socks our grandmothers used to make. But I had a secret weapon - your Instagram account, which always makes everyone's jaw drop. I'm looking forward to the next videos and missed them when you took a break. I love your work and wish you all the best. PS I'm from Łódź, Poland.

Love your videos, book and inspiration! I have been knitting socks for about 20 years, and your enthusiasm is fun. I knit on 2 size zero circular needles. This functions in a similar way to magic loop, but without having to move the needles into position. My preference is for 16” ChiaoGoo red lace, fixed circulars, but some knitters use 24”. We each find the best way. Always excited to see your podcasts, thanks!

I love the sock project. Looking forward to the next book. I have enjoyed the colorwork cuff club. I hoped it would induce me to be a more prolific sock knitter. And since the first pattern, I have knit three pairs and have a fourth pair on my needles. I would not be that far along with my sock knitting without the colorwork cuff club. Thank you. I totally enjoyed your video! Love to see husband supporting you this way. I didn't have that in my marriage, so I do notice. I am looking forward to the realization of all your wonderful plans! God bless.
