New subscriber here, thanks to the allmighty algorithm I found your down to earth takes on Finland. I hope you the best with the aplication, as migri can be a pain. Fall is coming, tried picking berries yet? If you favor healthy and local food, I suggest you give it a go! Bilberries (some call them blueberries, yet they're totally different), cloudberry are about to be in season, acrctic raspberry a little late now (the best berry there ever was or will be), and of course later on the lingonberry. Blueberry pie, grandma made, is what early Finnish fall should taste for everyone, as it just doesn't get any better. Coupled with coffee, of course.

Ohh.. you‘ll get your permanent permit soon! It will take a while, I waited for almost 7months, I went to Tampere migri, theres too many people applying here in Helsinki 😂.After that I applied for citizenship and got the result after 5 months. But yea, goodluck and congratulations in advance! 🎉 I

There are measure lines in the 500g butter packages that indicate a slice of 50g, that might help you measure butter in the future, then again, its butter, so there is no such thing as accidentally too much. :D

Finland accepts dual citizenship which means you don’t have to tell Japan anything about acquiring Finnish citizenship… Don’t ask, don’t tell. Personally know Japanese people who have dual citizenship. But I understand you may not want to advertise this on KZbin 😀

I'm currently reapplying for my Finnish citizenship since in the mid-90s Finland didn't allow to have dual with Canada. 🤷‍♀️

Norway only allowed dual citizenships from 2000 onwards, Denmark in 2015. Estonia doesn't allow dual citizenship, neither does the netherlands, except if you acquired a foreign citizenship at birth. Do those sound like authoritarian states too?

(Likely about taxes and things like that.) The video reads more to me like Japan doesn't allow dual citizenship at all. To be clear, I am not accusing Japan of being authoritarian, I am curious about whatever laws make any dual citizenship incompatible.
