WE'RE BACK BABY!! Working with resin 100% of the time, no. Working with resin 0% of the time, no. Working with resin SOMETIMES? Yes. I took a break from working with resin last year & now I think I can strike the perfect balance. We made a silicone mold using silicone caulking & I wanted to see if it would work with RESIN. Does it leak? Does the mold hold up? DO I REMEMBER HOW TO DO THIS?! We made something pretty spectacular in the end, I'm happy to be back 🥹

Your experience with "jumping" between crafts has actually been super validating for me. I don't have to be the best at everything, I don't have to make perfect things 100% of the time, I am allowed to pick up something new and just have fun with it. I think a lot of the time I stick with things I know partly because I love them, and partly because I feel obligated. Your content, in a weird way, has made me realize this and confront it. Thank you

I am 70 in fairly good health but disabled, but trying to keep into doing resins. Just to d-- late to get into doing other crafts AND… I have truly missed watching you. Your PERSONALITY, crazyness and your BEAUTY reminds of my daughter. And I liked to think of you kinda of like a granddaughter to me. I hope you don’t mind that. I sure hope I will be able to see you again. I watched your videos over and over again because of missing you, and your sweet husband and your antics. Keep on being you. And thank you . Oh and I did learn things from you. If you were here I would ask you to teach me how to grandma down my makeup . I quit wearing it because I don’t know who to do it anymore. Not that it would help my looks any, lol. I wish for you a great life.

I found your channel a few weeks ago while researching flower preservation options. I recently spent a week in the ICU where I received beautiful rainbow roses that I wanted to save. The thumbnail of the peach rose suspended in resin truly wowed me. Because of that video, I successfully preserved one of my roses and plan to do more! Your fun personality, easy-to-follow guidance and overall knowledge made the process less intimidating. When I saw that you had decided to stop resin work entirely, my heart sank. I had only watched a few videos, but your passion, talent, and creativity shown through brightly. I completely respected and supported your decision to stop, but I'm happy that you haven't written resin off entirely. You're truly a gifted artist with resin and it's evident that the work brings you happiness. Definitely know your limits and step back when you need to. Like you said, it doesn't need to be 100 or 0, there's a happy medium somewhere.

If you do another flip the whole works over and peel the plastic off instead of pulling the piece off the plastic. Also with a soapy water covered glove you can smooth the mold a bit more before pouring it will never be 100% smooth but a little less sharp! Very cool project!

Just found your channel and the medium diversity is really fun actually. I tend to jump around from craft to craft, whether its sewing, Knitting/crochet, or candle pouring, or even something new to me (I really want to try tufting and resin now) its always so much fun. I found you through a tufting video because I have a ton of fiber craft content on my feed and you make it look so fun. I love how much whimsy can be added to a home when you can craft a bunch of art and decor of different mediums and textures. Super inspiring, I'm exited to binge all of your other vids

One of my favorite things about your channel is that you jump headfirst into all the artsy things with little hesitation instead of sticking to what you're comfortable with. There's thousands of resin channels but just one artsy madwoman who will get a sewing machine and literally sew 2 entire ass Halloween costumes right away. So please don't feel obligated to work on resin projects. It's also kinda relatable to me because I started out drawing realistic portraits and right now I'm working on embroidering (for the first time with no research lol) parts of a lino print on fabric
