I can tell you from personal experience, I learn more and I grow more from _loses_ than I do from wins. When I win a lot, I tell myself that I am playing in the wrong grade and I do something about it. Competitive squash helps you grow as a person. Younger folks (millennials) need to learn that you cannot _win_ all the time. How you played is more important than the outcome of the match... Otherwise you may as well only play against beginners. Then you would always win but you would walk off the court completely dissatisfied.
