Question. What you need to do to dispatch your self. You need to take a special curse or class? Question #2. You have just 1 broker. It’s a pain on the b to work with Landstar brokers.

Hey Jerry. Good to hear from ya. As for Landstar, before you even go through orientation, they get you on a group zoom call to promote their load board. They give you access to it and show you around so yiu can see how many loads there are. Then during orientation, they show you how to use it and actually get the loads. It's pretty easy and straight forward. With Landstar, your have to use their board. But... It's not just 1 broker. LS has hundreds of "agents" that place loads on the boards. Some loads are "direct", meaning that agent is working g directly with the customer. Some are "3rd party" meaning the agent is working with a broker or offering a load off of another board (such as DAT). So, in essence we get access to nearly all the public loads out there, plus all of the Landstar exclusive loads. Hope that answers the questions. If not, lemme know.

Good job on weight loss! You have a jawline. I lost a bunch of weight as well went from 220 to 170. Minimum 100 push-ups everyday and dumbell workouts atleast 3 times a week. And chicken and rice and water lol. Keep up the good work man looking good

I was going to say JJ is looking slim AF. Glad you're doing well. I gained like 40lbs in my tour bus driving days and it's still a struggle to keep it off even though it's been 10 years since I stopped driving for a living. Fast food and soda does not equal a good diet lol.

I got a question for ya brother. How did you last so long at prime with all the incompetent people who work as dispatchers? I came over from schneider and they never treated me like a company driver when I'm an O/O. Getting paid like a company driver. It's ridiculous and honestly, very disrespectful. I've heard of some having issues with their dispatcher, but most have good experiences. I had an awesome dispatcher and I learned a lot from him that still use to this day. Remember, not everyone is perfect or good at their jobs, but don't lump them in with everyone else. Overall, the consensus is that the Prime o/o dispatchers are good and helpful. Maybe request a different one and see if that helps.
