I love the way the Easter egg hunt was done. The clues made it a lot less chaotic than most, and I really liked that there were activities as well as chocolates. It’s lovely to see Hunter with Koa and seeing her getting to do classes and have bits of normalcy.

So glad you didn’t have sepsis Jess. When you’ve had it once you are very susceptible to sepsis again. I’ve had it a number of times and came within hours of losing my life with it. Hunter is such an incredibly sweet girl and also so very intelligent and articulate. She’s made every vlog since her birth even more special and they were already amazing. Now with baby Koa (love that name) there is double the cuteness! What a beautiful babe he is. Stephen, you are such a blessing to your family. You show just how much one can achieve with love. So happy for you all and that everyone is happy and healthy! Q: as a parent of another 2.5 yo girl and baby boy, getting anywhere and anything done is slow! How do you see the things your want to see in a day when travelling with littles? Does Hunter have toddler meltdowns, test boundaries, runs off or just refuses to go anywhere? Or do you just greatly lower expectations and keep schedule to a minimum?

Indeed Hunter is being beautiful about her new brother. But I think it’s because of how you’ve handled it! You were so thoughtful and careful in how you introduced him and you are constantly including her. Every time she looks at you for a reaction to her action you praise her. Further including her. If you had chastised her for how she interacts with him maybe she would resent him and you but you just keep including and encouraging her. Lovely 🥰 Again I’m just so impressed with you both. The way you are raising your little family it’s just dreamy. Such a good job. God bless you ♥️

I’m so glad you are doing okay. As a 6 time sepsis survivor I know how scary and deadly it can be. So glad it wasn’t it. I’m STILL dealing with the complications 2 1/2 years later. Giving your family the biggest hugs love you guys, so so much love from Canada. 💗💗💗💗

So so sweet. My kids are 34 & 36 now but I did the bunny foot prints with a stencil & flour then I could just sweep them up. I did the scavenger hunts too with poems. They were from E. Stir Bunny. So fun. My kids still talk about it. Enjoy. You're right, the window is short. AND I still have some baby teeth. 😆

So thankful that Jess got taken care of in hospital straight away- and amazingly even with those potentially serious health complications, Jess does not seem to have had postpartum depression! It's also great seeing Stephen and Hunter excited and happy to embrace Baby Koa in your lives! OK, here's a question: Do you think having it will be trickier to travel with TWO little ones than it had been with Hunter alone? Hunter's fully mobile and very curious while Koa needs carrying and has his own feeding/sleeping schedule regardless of whether it's daytime or nighttime! Thanks for this!

I also kept the cords for both of my babies. I also kept their teeth . They are 24 and 22 now, and I still have them. They think it is strange, but it was just the kind of mom I was. I was also blessed to not have to work when they were little. I started working when my oldest was 14-15. Thank you for the lovely video! You are doing a wonderful job as parents!

So glad you went into hospital, I remember having a blood vessel nick during my hysterectomy and lost half my body’s blood volume, lucky I had a wonderful dr who put me on antibiotics for weeks… As I had a huge hematoma.. glad you are feeling better and watching your little family puts a smile on my face 💕💕

Q: I love Koa’s name so much! What’s the story behind that name? Why did you decide his name was going to be Koa( not in a mean way) Q no.2: what happened to cooper? Will you keep cooper and convert it again to fit a family of 4? Q no.3: what happened to your old house that you were living in when Hunter was a new born? Q no.4: the house you are living in, is that going to be your forever home or temporary? OMG! Hunter doing the Easter egg hunt was so frickin cute! She really is a wonderful child and seems to be dealing with Koa's entry into the family very, very well. I had to go into hospital again after my second son was born and it really does take a lot out of you so make sure you take time to heal as best as you can with two children in the house.

Internal bleeding if not caught can cause death too. Heard a similar story in the US. So glad, it was caught early and you have recovered.
