This is the true meaning of you get what you pay for!’ - cheap and cheaper! Nothing to brag about! It looks like they cut every corner they could to bring down the quality and potential of what this house could be! Venting in the floors at the worst possible locations, guests bathroom- you will have a lot of maintenance issues with that tub/ shower. The main bedroom bathroom, cute, but in no way is it ‘big’ as you said. And that poor master closet, scrap it! Nope, too many changes would have to be made to accommodate a family. The price of this house must be under $95k. Not worth it!
