She’s25 but she has been working for years while living at her parents’ house so she probably had the opportunity to save a good sum. If it’s a high value home then she saved for the dawn payment for a mortgage and if it’s a home that’s in the village and needs a lot of redoing, then it was probably cheaper and then she can redo it with time.

Oh definitely not in the position yet!! I’m hoping in another 2 years I’ll be able to do it, very lucky with my job and living at home will help with saving!! But it will take a lot of work over the next two years to get there, it’s just something I’m thinking about 🫶🏼
