Wallahi I have nothing but love for this brother Ahsan Sultan - he is an inspiration and he's always helped me and motivated me with my own battle with chronic health issues with the strength he has with what he is facing. Always think about him and how much of a genuinely amazing person he is and his akhlaq with others despite his own struggles. I ask Allah to bring him and his family strength and for them to give them tawakkul with whatever Allah has planned for them. I ask Allah to cure him completely leaving no trace of any illness.

JazakAllah for this inspirational podcast. My 2 year old daughter has been fighting a cancer battle (stage 3) since the last 6 months and everything the brother said is so relatable. I pray that this brother is also given a full cure. Ameen.

JazaakumAllahu khayran, this is an excellent, insightful and educational episode allahumma baarik. May Allah grant brother Ahsan complete shifaa. Ameen. It was really sobering to hear about the real-life impacts of chemo especially as I have not heard it discussed much. May Allah grant shifaa to all those with cancer. Ameen. It was also brilliant to hear what we could do in regards to nutrition, sleep and stress to better our gut health الحمد لله. With Covid and working from home, a lot of us have become more sedentary but yes, the brother's absolutely right. Movement is so important! May Allah grant us the tawfiq to implement the advice! Ameen It made me go on a little walk in between the episode haha! الحمد لله
