I came out to my mom and her side of family. She was like don’t do this to me. I’m like wow love u too mom. She said no no it’s cause ur dads family will think it’s somehow my “fault”. Not that I don’t love u. Later some fam just kept being annoying about it like ur not bi that’s not a thing or you’ve never had sex how would u know u like both ur confused u just need to date a guy and u won’t be confused. I told them I did date. I was a virgen cause they never lasted more then a date or two not cool with random ppl touching me. I even explain how I have liked ppl before and they jumped on that okey were is the guy u liked. I’m like in jail now which is why I didn’t date him I saw it coming and my cousin was like it’s okey if u like him you can wait for him to get out. I just said wow. You guys would rather I date someone that went to jail mind you, you have no idea why he is there then have me date a girl ? My mom and some cousins cool with it even if confused but others were so annoying I just screamed at them dear god just forget about it okey you can pretend I never told u shit. If I never date a girl it’s not an issue. If I happen to it won’t be a big shock to u but until I do just ignore it for all I know I might never date a girl. No reason really to come out just love who u love and if one day it’s odd to them that’s their problem not urs

To come out to my parents I typed a whole ass letter for them and the next day I gave them both the letter together in their room explaining everything and answering as many questions as possible that I assumed they would have. But the whole point of the letter was for me to not say anything about it so I sprinted down to the basement before they finished reading the letter. I came down in time and my parents came down around 5 minutes later. We hugged and luckily everything was okay. Bottom line is, I’m a chicken but I came out anyway
