9:00 if you want to pop out of slide and grind you can do a low pop by pushing both sticks in the same direction This way you don't have to adjust grind pop height in the stats menu
@chitownsfinest101310 ай бұрын
When you’re trying to kick, flip into the grind on the bench. You can control the angle of the nose or tail of your board in the air drastically by instead of flicking the kick flip left stick directly to the left. Do it more downward or more upward at an angle. And the board will follow your angle to dip into that grind better.

Honestly when I play session, I tried to get my stats to a point where I can skate everything and not have to constantly change them. I found the perfect settings so I can basically skate any obstacle unless it’s like something insane lol

Hopefully your shoulder separation wasn’t out too long. I’ve dislocated my shoulder numerous times and the longer it’s out the longer rehab takes. Expect your whole arm to be weak. After the last time I wasn’t even able to lift my arm up on my own strength after so had to rehab for like 2.5 months before it felt almost normal again. Wishing you a speedy recovery G!

PSA for Garrett and anyone that needs to hear it. You can hold the pause button for a second to go straight to your advanced setting. Saves flicking though the menu everytime.

separated my shoulder first time I ever went snowboarding, caught my toe edge, took a week of and kept going, 2 months later fell on it the exact same way and fractured it and separated it even worse, have a permeant lump from my clavicle healing higher up since the ac joint was all torn and loose. I feel your pain. somehow they said i didn't need surgery

If you want to get up to full speed quickly. run then throwdown your board and then button mash the push button it might take a couple of tries but when you do it right you will be at pretty much full speed.
@rawdog722010 ай бұрын
AC separation is a tough one man. Just don't skip rehab / physio! It's tempting to skip it when it stops hurting, but if you do you'll have aweak ass shoulder for life! Learn from my mistakes😉

Definitely could have been worse. In 2007 i was run into by a biker at the park while going across the park for a step up, all my momentum took my knee straight into the concrete and exploded my kneecap into 5 pieces. I was pleading with the paramedics to put it back in place so i could go skate, thinking it was dislocated, i was more mad i couldnt skate than i was in pain. Sadly, that was the last day i ever did any tricks

Dude...that clip is so damn brutal. You eat some much concrete...I'm amazed you stood up with teeth still in your mouth. If you didn't turn your head, You would have had no face left. Anywho, you gotta disable "Sync flips and scoops" and then mess with your settings. You can do so much more, and give your tricks a little more style, a little FLAIR if you will ;). Trus...Jus trus me. As for bumping out of grinds, you use L/R Bumper or L1/R1 but you need Lip Tricks enabled.
