I'd only gotten into them a year and a half ago, and I remember being very unhappy with myself for it; seeing everyone talk about the memories they had with BTS since before their debut. It wasn't until early last year that I felt that I loved these boys just as much as everyone else, and that I could always create my own memories with them down the line. It really isn't a competition. It's just growth, that's all.

I NEED U dance practice made me an ARMY. i literally was amazed how synchronized they were. And the boy in black shorts and a beanie was the one that caught my attention. Jimin really demands your attention. Your eyes just silently follows him... but there's 6 other adorable, talented, humble and funny boys. Their brotherhood is real too. I cried when they won daesang for the first time. Never been so active with twitter before until now, vapp, voting for them, streaming their songs, buying their album, looking up for eng translations of each lyrics, and falling so hard with them every single time. 12kst is real too! Inside jokes are classic. You adore the BigHit logo, screaming at it even before the main mv appears, joining theories, and now im in the process of seriously learning korean language y'all. I even adjust my schedule to theirs. Ahaha Bangtan Bombs are life too! I just love them all, on and off stage! I highkey cheer even for BangPd when he won Best Producer award for several year-end shows. And I get too excited whenever RapMon mentions International ARMYs coz he never forgets. And K-ARMs are loveable too, they're sending love letters to I-armys and there's a dedicated subbing teams and blogs who translates them vice versa! BTS and ARMY is a true family not just a fandom!!! So I saw a KZbinrs React and it had Dope. However I didn't know where to find it (after they stop reacting i stop watching lol). A literal year later my kpop fan friend tells me to check out BTS and im an EXO-l and Blackjack (still crying over 2ne1 D:) so im all like "do i need a new group tho?" I watched Blood Sweat & Tears, and obviously if u watch that shit first Jimin slides in so fast. I was in LOVE with Jimin but I was genuinely confused and didnt know how to feel with the vid lol. I saw the video Dope and said "no way" and I watched it since I had been searching for it and ohhhh my god after that I binged watched all their MVs and got all their albums on itunes and then I got involved with the WINGS theory shit and I sunked so deep into Jimin trash. I learned their stage names and real names in half a day. I've been an A.R.M.Y since the AMA's, I learned their stage names and real names and faces and voices and personalities in about a week, through Google, KZbin, V-live, Bangtan Bombs, AHL. I decided that J-Hope is my Ultimate Bias!!! 🌞🤗🌻🌄💚 I LOVE and appriciate them all very much tho. They work SO hard,I wish for them to get good rest, to always be in good health, and for them to have all the happiness they deserve. ❤ I also discovered that all there MV's link together to tell a beautiful and heart touching story(the fan theories are really awesome!!) I LOVE that they don't just make music, even though their music has a great message and infires me. They also create art with their MV's and choreo!!! I've been using three Korean language apps on my phone to better understand them, I've learned the unique k-pop lingo/culture and some South Korean culture too thanks to Bangtan Sonyeondan. I'm still working on being able to sing along much better to their songs, but I'm getting there 🤗 All in all BTS are World Treasures and have brought so much positivity to us all, changing my life for the better ❤❤💓💓💓

I started listening to Kpop when I was 3-7 years old with SuJu, SNSD, 2NE1, BIGBANG and Wonder Girls playing on the radio, I often dance and sing to their songs before, but then I didn’t know it was Kpop until now. 3-5 years later I joined the fandom *again* with BIGBANG’s Fantastic Baby, I started to listen to some of BIGBANG and TVXQ’s music and watched a lot of videos about them, but some American bops drove me away, till I left the fandom. This time my best friend made me watch Red Velvet’s Russian Roullete, and I thought this aint bad, but that’s the only song I liked back then. And then this year of January my friend made me listen to BTS’s Fire, I didn’t like and understand it at first, and so I became a Kpop hater. I got curious and searched their names and MVs on the internet, and then watched a few (a lot) of vids about them, and then I found myself slowly slipping into (the diamond life) the fandom. And I got addicted to BTS, then GOT7, then EXO, then SEVENTEEN, then BLACKPINK, then Twice, then Monsta X, then VIXX, then it continous.

there's just so much to them and they let us see so many sides to them? Their surface/idol personalities are all really attractive but deep down we get to know who they are and they are seriously some of the most inspirational group of people I've ever gotten to know, RM and his smarts/deep thinking, Jin being so mature and confident in himself he takes care of the younger ones so well, Suga so humbly hardworking, honest and passionate (albeit he's selectively passionate but seriously devotes his entire self to doing what he loves) , J-hope being an endless sky of mood that affects the whole team, Jimin being so caring of the others and sensitive to their feelings, V's devotion to his family and childlike innocence that just gets along with anyone, and Jungkook who always pushes himself to always strive for improvement even though he's so ridiculously talented already and has grown up so well under the pressure of the public's eye. god i love and respect these boys so much but omfg I was literally the same... i had seen their debut videos and other mvs along the way and kind of raised an eyebrow since they were rookies, but I figured I'd keep an eye on them... then I Need U hit me HARD that song became my life and in one day I had learned their names and been able to tell apart the members (the fastest that ever happened for any group) and then it was bias jumping... watching bombs...learning their dances... joining the tiwtter/tumblr fandom drawing fanart, seeing them in concert and now im sold for life. yup.

Oh. Also, I became BTS trash by following the K-underground scene. Lord. I knew Rap Mon from there so I was lowkey paying attention when he went to Big Hit (which I knew Bang-PD-nim from ....**whisper** _JYP_ ...) And then they did their Satoori Rap pre-debut bullshittery and I was like, gdi they are legit gonna be fire because Suga was already SO GOOD but so different from RM and holy God that's actually hip hop, not EDM mixed with hip hop or rock mixed with hip hop or some other ish that ain't really hip hop. But I didn't admit to being actual trash (what does that mean, by the way, really?) until I saw the SBS Gayo Daejeon practice from 2012 and I was like WTFOMGBBQ this choreo they might be better than SHINee. And when I heard those words in my head, I knew I was trash.

You are so wrong because they're gonna come back Tomorrow, pour in their Blood, Sweat and Tears and repeat the process until you change your bias or become a BTS-hoe! Why? I became Bts trash because of the fine brothers showing dope for youtubers react to kpop 3. Then I went two days without thinking anything of it, until I was like hey I really like the song they showed first and omg the choreo I loved and then I went back and decided to listen to it again then I went and watched the dope music video. Then I wanted to get to know all of their names so I watched every single music video that they had released and read tons of comments about who was who and then I pieced together who was who and I downloaded all of the songs on my phone and 4 months later I've seen every single BTS bomb and I literally spend all of my free time fangirling over BTS. So thanks to the fine Bros I no longer have a life and I am now BTS trash. At the time I could also tell I would become obsessed with them so for the longest time I held off from watching any another videos, but these boys eventually stole my heart and I fell in love.

Okay, so it all started when I heard people talking about Jimin, and I'm like "Who Tf is Jimin??". Keep in mind, that I was a big NCT fan, and I still love them, but anyways that's not the point. So after I heard the name Jimin, I searched him up and my reaction was "HOLY GUACAMOLE". I fell in love, I fell so hard!!!! After the research I did about Jimin, I found out that he was in a group called "BTS" and I'm like "HOLY SHIT, fuck me up!!!". So then I decided to learn their names, and bitch let me tell you, I learned their names in three FUKING days. Pretty proud of that for some reason 😂 Anyways, I then started watching funny vids of BTS cuz I fucking love laughing like a pig. Then BITCH, I started listening to their songs, and I was amazed of how fucking good they fucking are. First music vid I listened to was "blood, sweat and tears", then I proceeded to watch more. After only 4 days, I KNEW I was BTS trash. Now it comes to picking a bias, let me tell you, that was both hard and easy. My first bias was Jimin, and still is today. I love my Chim Chim. I don't know how to speakeu Korean, so I always look for eng sub titles. Pretty much all of the members are my bias wreckers, but I'm staying loyal to my chim chim cuz I love him that much. Yup, that's pretty much my story and I'm MORE than proud to be an ARMY!!!!!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️😂
