I’m Building a Biodome! - Electromagnetic Control Rods Ep 2 - Satisfactory Update 6 Playthrough

Episode 2 of my playthrough miniseries of the build of my efficient 90 per minute electromagnetic control rod factory in Satisfactory Update 6. This let's play video will take you about halfway through this build - up to AI limiters.
I also give a quick tutorial and some tips on how to balance things when you have more than 1 belt worth of a particular item, like I always do for quickwire.
I also decorate this first half of the factory in a pretty clean design that puts a biodome (thanks Pauly Shore) over the flora and fauna around my factory. It looks pretty darn good and really lets the sunlight through.
I need a bunch of these electromagnetic control rods for magnetic field generators for the Phase 4 space elevator parts and for my upcoming nuclear power plant.
This is some great Satisfactory gameplay and sets the stage for an awesome 2nd half of the factory!

LOVE Biodome :D one of my favorite brainless films. Also LOVE satisfactory! Neat to see them intersect in the wild. Great vid. I've been thinking about ways to incorporate the truly beautiful scenery in this game and this is a cool idea.

I love this concept. There are definitely some beautiful areas in the map and I like that the build showcases that rather than destroying it. I was thinking about doing this if I ever installed the Farming mod

Thanks man. Exactly what I was thinking. Farming mod? Wow I had never heard of that. I haven’t done any mods (only unlocked alternate recipes) but I might have to screw around with that sometime

@@DrLootCrate I don't know if they've updated the mod to work in Update 6 yet. I was going to play around with it before, but it was right before U6 came out and it was only U5 compatible at the time.

Ah. Running around your new factory fixing all the bugs in the systems and going "Why on earth is this not working? Where is the issue?" before finding one belt at the start of the line that's missing. Good times.

i always wanne try to build big dome at the blue zone. but then a rounded dome, not square dome

That would be awesome! I briefly thought about it, but I really hate the process of building round/curved things in this game. Just not worth it for me, but I love looking at them
