My Pastor is a working man.He was raised building bridges for county and state roads and still to this day works building train bridges. I think of him when this song is sung.

Yes , I agree . Gospel music certainly has gotten too modern. I definitely don't like the contemporary music and the flashing lyrics on the walls .

Yes , Vestal certainly does well on this song. But with all due respect, you haven't heard it sung until you hear MaryTom Speer Reid sing it . Check out the 1983 tribute to Mom and Dad Speer with the kids ( grown and older ) doing their songs
