Hey congrats on the bigger shop! Your videos are quite real, love the content. Don’t let the haters get you down. Haters who hate you are haters themselves so remind them of that when they say they’re not haters… Missed your content for the past few weeks but now I see what you’ve been up to. I really wish I could have a shop like that someday. Be sure you add some massive sound absorption in there. Then you can run saws and such without earplugs. That would be really neat to see cuz nobody does that.

Me too, since he still has not yet fixed the window… he admits he’s not mature enough, but in reality having windows isn’t just a liability it’s a point of failure too. I had a whole extension with 10 windows and all of them installed wrong which caused a huge mess to my framing.

This is great news! make sure to put atleast 3, 240 outlets in I would have told you to run one to the center of the shop inside the concrete but.. well I did not know ahead of time. As a 240v table saw at some point will be awesome for you. Oh almost forgot be sure to put grass seeds on that sand... so the rain does not wash it away.

where you at? i need your concrete people. i hired skips contruction. he charged me 8500 for a 27' x 27' thats 6" thick and no footer. worst part, i told him my back yard floods. I need it above ground. its level with ground to below grade. Heavy rains and its under water. the also shorted me a few inches on one side and a couple over on the other so not being the size of the building i was going to order.

Dude that’s awesome! Congrats on the big shop! I did the exact same thing last year with a 22x35’ shop, but mine has been a very slow process to get it complete. All I lack now though is power and water! You’re not wrong in getting someone else to do the job, and get it done fast and right. Best of luck, excited to see what you have planned ahead.

I just found one with good Google reviews and called em up. I didn't spend too much time planning or getting quotes, whoever called back first got the job because they tend to be on top of their game.
