You explain things so well to where they make sense, as where most others talk way too fast and don't explain why they did what they did. It's obvious you don't have to do that since you're a 2100, but I appreciate that you help us lower level people as well. Good luck, Anna. I look forward to following your journey. I just watched the breakdown of your game. You showed great poise in recognizing the tactical value of those pawns in the end. You both were mindful of checks, but your pawn game and attack was stronger in this game. After the queen trade and some of the rooks were off of the board, moving your king and such. Taking her pawns. Creating a winning scenario. Very inspirational. Great game!

THIS is why classical chess will never die. We rarely get this type of analysis from Anna in her blitz or exhibition games. But in classical play she gets to take us through a lot of the type of indecisiveness that we all go through in over-the-board chess. I remember how well her mother Pia analyzed Anna's games the last time she played an over-the-board classical tournament. It was incredible how much her mother was able to see in those games.

I’ve just started playing chess (just against my phone) I’m dyslexic so a lot of the mathy stuff can be difficult for me sometimes. I really appreciate how you explain things.
