I'm Curious

A Sesame Street song I designed and animated. I took it down when some overseas company claimed it belonged to them, which it did not. KZbin misses some of these bums who scan the giant library looking for videos to claim for profit.

My wife and i use to sing this to our baby all the time it was are little thing we would goof around singing. She passed away January 3rd 2021 at the age of 40. my son is now 5 and we both watch this and it reminds him of his mom and reminds me of a happier much simpler life before i lost my soulmate. I remember seeing all your animations years ago when I was just a little goober. Even though they were made a year or 2 before I was born--this one however, aired when I was 3 back in 1992. How long did it take to animate these, and then get SS to put them on the air? 2-3 years? Because sometimes a sketch would be made in a certain year but not be first seen on the show for a long time after.

They took about three months to make, with the cels being xeroxed and painted by a company I hired. I think they put them into different episodes over the years, certainly recycled them.

References aside, the chorus of my song played in my head around a few times every few years. I decided on a whim to look up the song, especially since I have already found for old _Sesame Street_ songs here. I am very surprised and grateful that not only the original video is here bu the person who design and animated the video outright uploaded the video herself! Thank you! The song is actually better than I remembered! The video itself, combined wi the animation, just make this even better! Those styles of design, drawing, and animation are all simple yet skilful and appropriately imaginative. -from someone who is equally curious

Aah, thanks. I lived at the epicenter of Northridge Quake in 94, but that was 6.7. Alaskans seem pretty tough when the shaking gets going!

Episode 4166 of Sesame Street (Max the Magician) on HBO Max is probably the best way to do so. However, it does come at the compromise of it adding a bunch of unnecessary sound effects throughout. But the video quality on that is crystal clear, so there's that.
