I wonder why Kaif has so much trouble knocking ppl out compared to everyone else. I thought it might be the skins at first (like Gang Beasts), but he's changed his skin a few times. The only other thing I can think of is if it's a bug (like how the fishes don't always shoot where you aim them 31:02 34:25 41:22), his controller is broken 2:34:27, or he's just not hitting the same controls as the others 35:11.

Defintely not skins, those are just cosmetic in the game, there are no stats nor advantages to any of them. It's just a bit of RNG and skill issue

I'm pretty sure all the things like time in water or poison is all about the amount of health you have left so that's why some people last longer in the poison etc than others since they weren't hit as much

It depends. For the water on the submarine, it's on how much stamina you have left. But for other maps, like the poison, it's also for low long the game has been going on. The ice water and the poison both kill you faster at the end of the game.
