I have a question about the caterpillar killer, I'm soon to order to have it for next year crops as I got only 5 squash this season , I'm curious what others crops can it be used on, pumpkins, or cucumbers?

It's actually very useful! I need to spray for tent caterpillars (trees) with it. It's also good for hornworms & armyworms, which attack a wide variety of plants- tomatoes, peppers especially. It's great for brassicas across the board, the caterpillar of many moth species love brassicas. I use Spinosad (same idea, different species of bacteria) for things like flea beetles (decimate eggplant foliage), fire ants, and I believe it's also useful for cucumber beetles and blister beetles. It SUPPOSEDLY treats squash bug nymphs as well, but I haven't tested that yet! Spinosad is also super useful for fruit trees and various pests. Aside from being different cultures, Spinosad is also long lasting- 4 weeks I believe it was- so we have to be careful with it around host plants & our ground beetle populations. Ground beetles are very good bugs! Therefore, I try to only use it when I need to, as little as possible. Just enough to get a bad population under control, so that the predators can take over from there 😊

I really enjoy your videos .. I want to vlog too but I'm camera shy ,did you have this problem at all? I need to find a way to earn extra income ..I refurbish furniture and I've recently found out I have psoriactic Arthritis and I do have spinal birth defects, so I need to learn. What sort of content is in demand and how to get over my fear of being made. Fun of .. I was teased as child over my weight and because I couldn't hold my head straight up due to a major spinal injury..I have done so much physical therapy and taken medication to help me loose weight so now I'm somewhat thinner and can walk with my head up right ..but my fear is still very strong .. I cannot hardly stand in front of people and read from a paper .. it's an annoying trait I have and wish so much I didn't have it.. anyway its just a dream I had of becoming a blogger but that's doesn't mean everyone is successful at it ,but I would love to try as I desperately need another source of income that I can achieve with my disabilities.. Any advice I would love thankyou so much for your inspiration, I love how well spoken, very clear ,with step by step instructions.. I love to hobby garden but I want to take it further and grow so much to sustain my family through the winter I'm also learning food preservation.. freezing and learning to can food .. often cucumbers I grow abundance of , but only so much pickles and salads..thanks for this dehydration idea.

Hello, Jo-Dee! I feel as though life is entirely too short for us to put others' opinions ahead of our own decisions and lives, no matter the pressure it feels as if they've put on us ❤️ Please, please, please do EXACTLY what you want to do with your life! As a kid, I had an extreme form of social anxiety. To this day, I still have some rough anxiety in other ways. When I started out on KZbin, I did mostly voiceovers and stayed behind the camera. It's an awkward process, and it takes some time to get used to. But for every negative person, there's a hundred supportive people! There are a lot of kind people in this world but there are, of course, rotten ones too. I know most of those folks are going through a hard time, and just never learned how to properly direct their emotions and frustrations in the world. Which is entirely unfortunate for them, but their emotions aren't our problem ❤️ I think EVERYONE has been bullied at some point, especially during childhood. Some definitely moreso than others, and it's heartbreaking. The older I've gotten, the more confidence I've gained in myself, and the more love I have for myself, flaws and all. Just remember that this is your story, and their negative opinions are about as significant as a typo you've already fixed. I still am not the most social person, but I definitely pushed myself out there and stomped out that anxiety around people. I really do believe that newfound confidence in myself and my abilities is what helped significantly. When you care less about conforming to the expectations of others and society's pressures, however distorted, and start choosing yourself, your personality, your needs, your wants... It an entire weight lifted off of your shoulders. Don't change yourself for the world, change the world for yourself. When people stare, make eye contact and ask them how they're doing 😊 with every person who responds, it'll help to build your confidence! It takes a lot of practice, a lot of strangers, but it helps! Stepping out of your comfort zone doesn't feel great... Until you see the changes. Congratulations on the weight loss, too! I'm working on that myself, for the second time 😆. Finding in demand content is a bit of hit or miss... I do this because I LOVE gardening and I LOVE helping others to learn these things, especially those who are new. I also love to experiment and document things, but I find the well beaten path to be painfully boring. I'm always trying to "reinvent the wheel." I love a good challenge (or simply challenging something that's widely accepted.) Now the money part is questionable, some people do VERY well though; but I feel that it's most important for the content to serve a purpose... Whether it's engaging a certain emotion (happy/laughter, sadness, fear, curiosity), educating, or solving a problem. I have a lovely subscriber here who has been here from the very beginning who always had wonderful words, and said I'd do well... And here I am growing every day, to my amazement. That subscriber believed in my content, and was right... I've helped thousands of people and that absolutely blows me away! I do a lot of things from home to try to help increase our household income, and I do some budget shopping and thrifting. I have a video regarding clothing resale as well that you may want to check out 😊 but PLEASE get out there and do what it is YOU enjoy, because at the end of the day you're the main character! ❤️ Drop that weight, when you're ready! ❤️

Thinking there will be income is unrealistic. Most make zero..or perhaps a few pennies off videos...more could be made if u have a good amazon list but even for big channels it is just a few bucks sporadically. I only say this so u will have realistic expectations
