Hey Tati! Molecular Biologist here. Just a quick note, your body can’t do much with a water molecule without salts. That’s why electrolyte drinks like gatorade help hydrate you. You need Sodium, Potassium, and Chloride to aid in moving water molecules through the ion channels in your cells’ membranes. Otherwise your body will mostly just flush it out. ❤ If you have a primary care doctor, you can have them run your bloodwork every so often to check in on your electrolyte levels.

I'm in my late 40s and I can definitely say that discoloration is caused not only by sun exposure, it's also caused by heat, irritation, dehydration, hormones....it's not as simple or straight forward as most people think. It's more like the skin's response to any disruptive or harsh changes.

Pretty everyday look! I think ( no I’m not a doctor ) that the physical symptoms that you’re experiencing are caused by yourself. In your quest to take care of your health, both physical and mental you’re doing too much. It’s good that you’re cutting back on the caffeine intake, but then hyper fixating on drinking water and adding things to it just stresses you out. Stop buying gadgets that tells you what is wrong with you. Stop reading articles about the next dangerous thing - articles that most likely are payed for by the company that sells the “ solution “! Be kind to yourself and live more in the moment! I don’t think that keeping yourself informed and taking care of yourself mentally and physically is a bad thing, not at all. But we live in a capitalistic society that thrives on fear mongering! 💕

I actually like comments like yours, @idalarsson4729 I'm about the same age as Tati and have a similar personality type.. it's easy to get caught up in trying to fix every little thing. I absolutely believe it's a way to try and take control of these WHACK changes we're starting to see in our bodies in our early 40s. But while it might bring a sense of control initially, it can just get to be too much and cause even MORE stress. So frustrating. But just reading your honest comment made me tell myself to chill and work on acceptance instead which leads to a more real sense of well being. I didn't take it as a lecture and I think more people should be honest like that.
@sjc1169Ай бұрын
I agree u were not lecturing. As I get older, even when I'm generally healthy, I see changes in my skin and getting more aches and pains. One time I became so obsessed with reducing salt in my diet that I was actually dehydrating myself. Doctor advised to eat more salt 😅 Anyway, Tati appears to check herself constantly so it's part of her journey (like all of us) to discover how our body changes as we age.

Take a deep breath and try to do more things for your soul Tati, like not even film it. Do something that makes you happy and disconnect a little. Also if it gives you peace of mind a basic blood panel make sure everything is in normal ranges. I also find that while being conscious of health sometimes over fixating on it can cause the opposite effect where you are creating more stress for yourself by being stressed about being healthy. Hope that makes sense. Also if you are into it a massage or acupuncture could help or even doing dynamic stretching. Love you sending positive calming vibes ❤

When you were talking about the litigation induced stress you seemed so tired and vulnerable. So touching to watch. Then the fist clenching gesture could be a sign of built up anger. Seems like you cannot share all the enraging details of the process, and it's all just stuck in your body (that was probably where the vibrations came from - anger/rage). Probably you'd benefit from crying/screaming it all out to someone safe, ready to listen and understand. Hope you'll process everything that bothers you in a safe and beneficial way.

I think when you've been under a huge amount of stress for a long time, your body shows that. I'm speaking from experience as I've had a stressful few yrs. My body shows it via tension in the neck and shoulders which has slowly crept up into my scalp. I would say to you to go for regular massages until your life settles a bit, just to keep any tension at bay. You and your body deserve some pampering time after what you've been through. Emma x

Aww Tati, Just really love your videos you are so inspiring. thank you so much for being vulnerable and sharing your story. I think you are absolutely right about how our bodies lets go of trauma through shaking ect. think about the way we used to cry as children- those body sobs! The fact that you are allowing yourself to finally let go.... is a process. I think we store trauma in different parts of our bodies. So, Think about the phases of healing -- there always comes a time right before the wound is totally healed- it starts to itch, you want to scratch at it- the anger comes up- maybe that's why you instinctively want to make fists? Anger is a crucial part of the healing process. It's ok to be angry. Maybe do some kick boxing or martial art classes lol. My two cents. xoxo

I have a question 🙋🏼♀️. I’m so late in the game, so don’t laugh…What’s the difference with between the TirTir foundation, red, pink and silver?

Girl, i get you with the wrinkles and breakouts. Im 25 and i have had permanent lines under my eyes for as long as i can remember. Ive finally just stopped using concealer there because it just sinks right into the lines. And of course Ive dealt with acne since i was a teen. Thank god it's improved in my adult life.

I'm so glad you are still enjoying the StansOut products. I really enjoyed when you first found them. They were a small, independent company just working hard and trucking along for their customers. Then you found their original product, loved it, said so on your video, and they exploded so much that they couldn't even keep up (but only for a little while.) And then they kept succeeding and growing because they are a good company that makes good products. And you have never again mentioned your "influence" (I know you hate that word, but its appropriate here) in their growth, beyond just mentioning their products when you use them because they are still a good company that makes good products. You never overshadowed their good work or product. Thanks again for being a good example of doing what is right. That's the only type of "influence" any of us should strive for. Be blessed.

I love the no full shadow look and would love to see more. So many of us don't do all that but still want something fast that isn't zero on the lid!

I don’t believe a single word came out from her mouth. I actually avoid products that she said good.

Random question... I'm shopping for my first camera. Any recommendations? Mainly just for taking taking pictures, nothing else.
