@@carriecheong8500 it tends to be that people have tried to talk to someone about it but that person has brushed it off or didnt seem to care that much so you then think to your self that everyone will be like that and just brush it off and so you just bottle it up untill it overflows and like me you have a mental breakdown at 3 in the morning because you feel sick because you resorted to drinking, comfort eating or just not eating at all so have been lying awake in bed with nothing to do but think and when you're depressed having time to think is bad because you can only see the negatives and it spirals down from there. a silver lining for me i guess is that now i cant drink at all because my body just rejects it and i feel way worse then ever before(used to be able to drink about 10 shots 25ml each of vodka but now i cant drink 2 without feeling sick for hours)

I was raised to reach out for help if I need help, and not to hold in your emotions. But I still do it. I never reach out for help. I keep my emotions hidden.. And I know that its not right.. And i've been hidding my emotions for 5-7 years now.. And I know there are people out there who are doing the same thing, and maybe struggling with something irl. And if you are struggling with something.. And maybe don't have anyone to go to. Maybe try writing down your problems and maybe try something new to clear your mind. It can be anything from Soccer, to art. If you like it, and it helps you deal with life. Then do it. Cause if you just keep to yourself and taking up space.. Then sooner or later it will have consequences.. So take my advice. Find something you like and that helps you deal with the world.. And just know.. One way or another.. Things will get better.
