Cook the sweet potatoes in the oven and chop the vegetables! Simple and tasty!
Cooking recipe and ingredients:
2 sweet potatoes.
Olive oil 1 tablespoon!
Agave syrup / maple syrup / honey 1 tsp
Salt, black pepper.
Bake in the oven at 400 ° F (200 ° C) for 30 minutes.
Lettuce leaves.
Arugula.
Walnuts 80 gr.
roasted golden brown.
Olive oil 80ml.
Apple cider vinegar 3 tablespoons.
Agave syrup 1 tablespoon.
Mustard 1 tablespoon.
1 clove of garlic
Salt, black pepper.
Mix.

1 apple.
Mash the nuts a little!
Homemade cheese / feta 100 gr.
Pomegranate / berry fruit.
Baguette.
Olive oil.
Bake in the oven at 400 ° F (200 ° C) for 5-7 minutes.
Mayonnaise 30gr.
1 clove of garlic
Lemon juice.
Salt, black pepper.
