No, it’s very very randomized. You choose your top 5 hospitals in the country and hope for the best. I say this because about 60% of the class of 2020 got something in their top 5 and then the rest were unfortunately just given any available hospital and that really could be anywhere in the country

It’s called the ICSP It’s honestly very random We get to choose our top 5 hospitals but the way it’s randomized doesn’t really make any sense so some people got what they wanted but most people didn’t
