Congratulations on the new job🎉. I think it’s “normal” to do unconventional things these days due to the state of our health system. Most young healthcare professionals are starting their own practices or going into private sector immediately after com-serve, as opposed to working in government first then going to private practice like it was done back in the days, which is sad because private sector is a different ball game altogether😔
