I'm getting a 2009 Mercedes S550 DELIVERED to my house..

This 2009 Mercedes S550 4MATIC all-wheel drive beast is a top-of-the-line luxury car and a sight to behold and it's being delivered to my house! The anticipation is racing through my veins as it arrives on a tow truck, ready to be shipped to my house. Meanwhile, I'm setting up my garage, my sanctuary where all the magic will happen on my channel. This car has some issues, but the excitement builds as I imagine the story behind it. Finally, the moment arrives, and there it is-my Mercedes S550, a sleek and flawless beauty. I hop inside, marveling at its luxury and power. Now, I face the dilemma of whether to keep it as my daily driver or seek another adventure. This car symbolizes elegance and status, a remarkable machine I take pride in getting to drive it.

those cars will run forever, just do regular service and maintenance, I’m from Europe, these cars sell all day long with 300K - 400K and no serious issues, often you’ll find them with over 500K miles , and they’re not cheap either …. we are very lucky because here in US these luxury vehicles depreciate by the speed of light , not so in Europe

I still remember the day my 13 s550 was delivered to my house. I live on a main street so the car carrier trailer had to park in the middle of the street and blocked traffic a lil bit. I was like yeah make way, that's my car coming down bitches l0l

I've had an 07 for a couple years, love it. I'm looking at a little newer, lower mileage version. I'm currently looking at an 09 with some kind of special edition plate on the rear trunk lid. It has a signature on it. Black with black wheels. 86k Miles. It drove pretty smooth, but didn't feel as powerful as my 07. I don't know if the all wheel drive made the difference or what but if felt like it slowed down quickly and also didn't have the same lunge out of the gate. Anybody with experience between these two models? My 07 is rear wheel drive. I'd love to hear some opinions.

Congrats and enjoy. I'm picking up my 2013 S550 in a few days. Its my 3rd S-Class and 4th Mercedes. The one caveat is be prepared to shell out some cash to maintain especially the airmatic suspension.

Too late! I sold it to somebody who is going to fix it up. He actually has owned the same car multiple times so he has all the know how and he can predict problems before they even happen.

I know I left a comment in your 2nd episode of this. I would highly advise to replace the Airmatic leak at a reputable independent Mercedes repair facility asap to avoid destroying the pump and being stranded. Of course, get those tires replaced asap to avoid losing control and having a Punture that's a heavy car. Again, I would consult with a honest independent Mercedes repair facility. Best wishes!

That is how mine still drives sell the leaf and use the money to replace the air compressor for the air suspension

A beauty. ABS light: one or more of your 4x speed sensors. $20 sensor. Worst case, ABS pump or/and Module, which is/are less than $800. Suspension: Too many variables, but from the looks of yours, it could be: 1: Leak in the air line between the valve block and strut, or the strut itself is faulty. Looks like your compressor is working since other struts are up and your suspension was set on High when you recorded this video. Strusts are not too expensive and worth replacing to experience the super comfot of W221. Btw, if you love MB, get the DAS diagnosis laptop.

there is nothing "minor" when it comes to suspension on that car. the air shocks are like 4k each and hardly any mechanics know how to work on these cars.

Get on you tube for all ur answers whatever you do never go back to a dealer,find a tech that use to work at one - good luck !! I have same car I've learned to do everything myself unless an emergency pops up ! Ebay for tires dont buy fake plugs on ebay fake iridium's!
