Now you guys know- I'm getting a NOSE JOB!
This is my closed rhinoplasty Nose Job pre op vlog, so it's everything that you need to know before getting a nose job. I'm breaking this down into separate videos to make it easier for you guys to keep track of the process so this is Vlog 1 of this experience, the new video with be my actual nose job vlog!

I have always wanted to get my nose done. I have been insecure about it my entire life. I have never felt good about myself because of it. It's still something I want to do, and will probably always want to do till I die honestly. I hope someday maybe I'll be able to just so I can feel better about myself. I hope everything goes well, I'm so happy for you that your able to do this for yourself!! I am really bad about getting blood drawn as well. I have passed out, one time I passed out and had a seizure while getting blood taken! I've always been really bad about blood in general!! I hope your recovery is quick and not super painful!! YES!! I have seizures when I pass out as well, a nurse explained to me that it’s your body’s way of releasing the build up tension from stress. I pass out just about everytime that I get it taken, it’s the worst! I hope that you go through with it as well, it not worth spending your whole life insecure

I’m excited for you Annie! ❤️ I’m proud of you for doing it. It’s like ultimate self care and self love. My niece had hers done and feels so much more confident. I’m all for surgery if it’s going to make someone feel better. I had upper eyelid surgery last year (I’m 46 and the loose skin and newly formed fat pockets were ruining make up for me) I’d definitely have something done again in the future. I have a Roman nose, and I’ve only recently come to accept it and even embrace it. It’s a reminder that I inherited it from my Mediterranean side of the family and they’re the strongest, kindest people. But, there’s absolutely nothing wrong with wanting to change something that causes you insecurity. You’re already very beautiful and I’m sure it’s going to look great!

I know how bad the teasing can be. I have a deviated septum as well but didn’t know it was bad until everybody started asking me when I broke my nose. I have a natural turned up tip so you can see how different my nostrils are. One is huge the other is tiny. I have hated my nose for 30 years. People say I am pretty if only………….my nose was fixed. All of the tests are standard for pre op. It is so much better to have the tests than to have a Dr that doesn’t care & just wants to get paid. Once I can gather the funds, I am finally get my nose fixed.

You are absolutely GORGEOUS first of all, but I know the struggle. It’s tough having an insecurity from the front, I’m sure it makes it just that much worse🥺 I go to extreme lengths to choose a spot at a table where I’m facing everyone at a restaurant rather than from the side, and try not to turn my head during conversations. I’m sure I look Crazy 🤔 I hope that you go for it one day too, you deserve to be confident!!

Well I worked Plastic surgery for 18 years and there is a difference between a Rhinoplasty and a Septoplasty. There is such thing and a septo-rhinoplasty. They’ll go in and straighten the septum and if you’re just getting your hump filed down and nothing else, then they won’t have the break the nose. They use a tool to rasp the top of the nose until the desired shape is there. So hopefully this will prevent from you being overly bruised. I’m a surgery coordinator and yeah all surgeons require the bloodwork. And it’s usually 10 hours npo (nothing by mouth).

Wait what is 10 hours? You’re scaring me 😂 it’s good to know that the tests are standard, I just haven’t heard anyone else talk about it. And I’m hoping it’s minimally invasive for the bruising aspect, we shall see!

You can’t eat or drink anything usually 8-10 hours prior to your procedure. Don’t be scared. Everything sounds like standard of care

Best of luck with your surgery! I'm surprised your regular doctor can't do an EKG in their office. Mine does as part of your annual physical. This would save you from going to the cardiologist. You might also need a COVID test a few days before the surgery. In NY we do. Don't be nervous about the outcome. It sounds like you are in good hands!🙏❤ Your work is amazing! You should share you talent with everyone. It's a great way to network.

Omg, I am super excited to see your results! I have a super similar profile to you. My maiden name was Blair so I was constantly called Blair Witch in school because of that hook and bulbous tip off my nose... hated it and still do. I want your cousin to get his septum fixed.Hes thinking about it my sister just got one and she's breathing so much better.He would get anything cosmetic though, he also has the same nose as you.Every one on your side has it.Its a dominant trait.I feel you should do whatever makes you confident and comfortable
