Wintertime fishing can be a lot of fun but also be very difficult fishing. In this fishing video, I’ll chase after largemouth bass and spotted bass. I catch my first fish of 2022 and also find out what the new best wintertime fishing Luehr is. Did I make a new discovery? I didn’t catch many on it in this video but my gut tells me this winter is going to be very interesting with this new Jerkbait color.

I’ve started using the Strike King Rage Bug as a chatterbait trailer. I was watching someone’s video and they were saying that if you use something flat as a trailer, it will eliminate you getting snagged when you’re going over a log. I like the extra action it gives but I’m not 100% sold on it yet. Normally I use a Z-Man Razor shad but we’ll see how this works.

The big bladed chatterbait reminds me of the googan squad an their attempt at a bladed jig.. it's trash!!!! as in BOTH! There's nothing you can put on that junk to keep it lower in the water column then what you just got!! I legit gave the other three that I hadn't even opened away. I'm good, I'll stick to the plain Jane jackhammer 3/8 Oz 1/2 oz and put it where I want it, I just don't see the appeal in the big blade, I personally never got a sniff, immediately picked up a regular jackhammer and caught three back to back to back.. put it down and pick the bigger bladed jig up again and never got a sniff! Done, gave away, moved on!! That's my personal opinion.. I'm pretty sure someone else will contradict it.. it's the internet! STAY SAFE, STAY BLESSED, STAY YOU, SAME TO THE WIFE!!✌️
