Danny! The fact you snore and have a high nose bridge may just mean that u need a septoplasty surgery. Basically means u have a deviated septum and having that surgery if you do will make your rediscover what sleep is. I had one last year and it was like seeing for the first time, I finally knew what it meant to wake up and feel refreshed. And due to now being able to breath more though my nose than my mouth, my nose actually shrunk and got a better shape and my jaw came out more. Might be worth seeing a ent doc just to see?
