Hi Mikey. Greetings from Montreal !! Yup, the 15th was the last Super Moon of 2024, and then the 19th Pluto moved into Aquarius. Also with Saturn shifting positions as well, Saturn is in opposition to Pluto on the chart. They both moved in tandem. Two shift moments over the weekend. Things have been shifting here, quite noticeably. Hope all is well on the other side of the world. Watch out for those baby Cobras slithering around the property.

You already mentioned that you hoped it might make the Ant Room cooler, and now you noticed on the roof it actually, maybe, be cooler indeed ... Hi Mikey! I hope RJ feels better soon. I wanted to tell you about the shilajit as I recently bought mine a few months ago. So I saw this in one of Dr Barbara’s lectures and she suggested this product for better memory etc. I knew it would taste bad as it looks so I didn’t want to eat it as is. The bottle I got Ingot suggested adding it to my drink. So every morning I would take it with my hot tea and I don’t even taste it. You should try adding it to your coffee as I think it works best with a hot beverage so it can melt it quicker. Let me know how you like it! 😊
