Hi Mikey. Greetings from Montreal !! Yup, the 15th was the last Super Moon of 2024, and then the 19th Pluto moved into Aquarius. Also with Saturn shifting positions as well, Saturn is in opposition to Pluto on the chart. They both moved in tandem. Two shift moments over the weekend. Things have been shifting here, quite noticeably. Hope all is well on the other side of the world. Watch out for those baby Cobras slithering around the property.

Did none of their chicks survive? I was so curious about their colors and how they would look growing up. (you realy got me into liking chickens! Your dads joke of the day realy has me scoring points with my husband and son. LoL. I admire him for coming up with one every time, doesn't even matter what he is doing, he has one at the ready, that is super cool! All I do is repeat meme's and hope to score with that. LoL Super curious about the solar panels and their effects on your living enviroment. You already mentioned that you hoped it might make the Ant Room cooler, and now you noticed on the roof it actually, maybe, be cooler indeed ... That would make them worth double the effort as you might even be able to cut down on the AC a bit, and therefore be even cheaper with energy that way. 26c vs 78.8f ... I'm with ya on this Mikey!! I also swim in a pool in the off season in SoCal, it's heated to 78f, but because the air is cooler, it seems cold at 1st touch. Swimming is such a good, low impact, full body exercise though!! Happy bday 🎂 to lil Ms S 🎉

Hi Mikey! I hope RJ feels better soon. I wanted to tell you about the shilajit as I recently bought mine a few months ago. So I saw this in one of Dr Barbara’s lectures and she suggested this product for better memory etc. I knew it would taste bad as it looks so I didn’t want to eat it as is. The bottle I got Ingot suggested adding it to my drink. So every morning I would take it with my hot tea and I don’t even taste it. You should try adding it to your coffee as I think it works best with a hot beverage so it can melt it quicker. Let me know how you like it! 😊

I always love it when you say 26 degree is cold ^^ we in those lands where 26 is hot will die in heat in the Philippines lol. Water around 30 and higher is like hot tubes or a thermal bath or hot spring. Here in Germany there are some hot springs with 34 also used for public pools. It is really crazy how bodies adopt depending on where you live. I think your temperature feeling might have been different in your time in Canada. Do you maybe still remember?
