Unreal. Whoever sent that kit is very unprofessional. That is a terrible way to make a box, the top lid was not one piece which allowed the water to get into the box. Imagine having the ability to make custom carbon fiber body kits (worth thousands, $100k+) but dont know how to construct a wood box. The company that created the kit, not the shipping company, is now liable for shipping you a damaged product that is not what they depicted.

That kit looks super sick. Weird that the Vietnamese company didn't place de-humidifiers in the box...most items shipping from Asia, especially in a hot and humid location like VN will put some type of humidity control in their packages. Being a body shop owner for over 40 years. There is a high possibility you can use some 1500 and finish off with 2000 wet sandpaper. Then use the proper 3M. Buffing system. Now with that being said. It all depends on how many coats of clear is on every panel. Industry standards is typically 2 to 3 coats. However, when you buy high-end parts, they usually put up to five coats of clearcoat.. At least they are suppose to. The very first thing I would do is use a mill gauge on every panel to see what you are dealing with. Obviously, if there is not enough clear on every panel. The only thing you can do at that point is wet sand all the parts and re-clearcoat them. Otherwise the more you cut and buff the clear coat. The more layers you will end up removing. Unfortunately, I know you’re getting a lot of comments so you’re probably not going to see mine. I wish you guys the best of luck. If you do happen to see my post, please feel free to reach out and I will be happy to show or explain what you need to do to save the parts. Ron.

If it was anything less than a true epoxy clear(NOT typical paint CC), I'd just leave the bubble wrap circles on it. HIGH probability of getting into the fiber on polishing. You can see what appear to be small air bubble imperfections in the light on that panel so they have to be multi spayed and buffed to high-build some(or all) of the panels. Yes. keep going, don't stop. Pre-fit with less stress, then remove, wet sand and re-clear. This will be awesome. I think the long rectangle may be the center panel under the car, between the seats. Maybe?

Wet sand and polish would be first, if all else fails clear coat it is... Keep it naked look, it will be awesome having exposed carbon look with that kit.

With carbon fiber parts you usually want to take it to get reclear coated or just add more clear to it. The best option is to take it to a shop that specializes in carbon fiber to get recleared and it will take away all that dimpling. They do a wet sand so it will take all those dimples away and add more clear to make up for the wet sanding
