Crying out to God is still a form of WORSHIP! One of the most righteous people to ever exist, Job, cried out to God numerous times. Don't feel that you have to be happy all the time, it is natural to cry out, Job did it! However, Job didn't go on Spotify to drown in his sorrows, listening to a depressing playlist (LOL), so this isn't a ticket to do that either!
Just cry out to God, when feeling low. You may think it's futile, but even your tears.. they mean something to God!
