How was it it regards to activity level?? On EF it says it was high. I went on one recently and it said low but I thought it was wayy more intense than that 😅😅

I always wonder what activity level actually means because on some Europe trips it says low, but I walked away more in Europe than Kenya. The only actual day that was high activity is if you do the Hells gate excursion. The rest the time you’re really just sitting in the jeep so I would see if you don’t want to do physical activity skip the hike. The rest was chill.

Honestly that is a great question. I traveled a ton in a short amount of time so I don’t know if that triggered it or what? No clue :(
