Haven't seen lock options, suppose a small hole drilled through rack into closing tab & secure a bolt through it. Thief would need proper wrench size handy to undo, probably deter most opportunist.

Did you have to do anything with your back lights when installing the tour pack? I’m just asking because website says…* Require to relocate tail led turn signal lights for Lower Rider S/ST Sport Glide Models.*

Could a thief just unlatch the tour pack and walk away with it?

Hi Tom. There are locking kits for the touring models that you can buy, but I haven't been able to find anything for the ST. The mounts are significantly thinner than the touring bike mounts.
